Nook Collective’s School Holiday Program is packed with exciting activities designed to inspire creativity, encourage hands-on learning and make the holiday season extra special. Our program offers flexible options to suit your needs—whether it’s a quick break or a full day of fun!
📅 Dates: Daily from 7 April to 18 April
⏰ Half Day: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
🌞 Full Day: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
🕒 Before and after care available upon request for added convenience
🧒 Suitable for: Children aged 5–12
Exciting Activities Include:
🧁 Baking – Kids decorate their own biscuits and cupcakes with icing, candies and endless creativity!
🧪 Slime Making – A hands-on activity with fun colors and textures that kids love.
💍 Jewellery Making – Perfect for little creators to design their own accessories to wear or gift.
🎨 Arts & Crafts – From ornaments to holiday crafts, kids can create seasonal keepsakes to take home.
Program Options:
🌞 HALF DAY
One half day – Choose any day and time that works for you
Morning or Afternoon Session: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Cost: $59 per half day
🎉 FULL DAY
One full day – Choose any day that fits your schedule
Includes a day full of activities, games, supervised playtime, lunch break, and group projects
Cost: $89 per full day

Nook School Holiday Program Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
No-Show Policy:
If your child does not attend their scheduled session without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations Outside 48 Hours:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available session.
Illness or Emergency:
In cases of illness or emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss options. Refunds or rescheduling may be provided at Nook’s discretion with supporting documentation.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent with session details.
Session Changes:
Changes to booked sessions can only be accommodated if made more than 48 hours prior to the session, subject to availability.
Child Supervision:
Children must be signed in and out of the program by a parent or guardian.
Parents/guardians are responsible for notifying staff of any medical or dietary needs during registration.
Behavioral Expectations:
Nook reserves the right to remove any child from the program due to inappropriate behavior that affects the safety or enjoyment of other participants.
Liability:
While all reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe environment, Nook Collective is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the program unless caused by negligence.
Program Changes:
Nook reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with participants notified promptly and provided with refund or rescheduling options.
Photo Consent:
By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to allow Nook to take photos of their children during sessions for promotional purposes unless otherwise indicated on the consent form.
By booking into the Nook School Holiday Program, you acknowledge and accept these cancellation policies and terms and conditions.
