KIDS MOVIE NIGHT FAQ:
1. What ages can attend?
Kids Movie Night is designed for children aged 3 and up. If your child is younger or prefers other activities, they can spend time in the kids' room with a staff member, engaging in drawing, playing, and other quiet activities.
2. What should my child bring?
To keep them comfortable, we recommend bringing:
A pillow and blanket for a cozy movie experience
Dinner or snacks (Please no egg or nuts due to allergies)
3. Is there an option for younger children?
Yes. If your child prefers not to watch the movie, they can enjoy supervised activities in the kids' room, including drawing, playing, and other engaging fun.
4. Who will be supervising?
Our team consists of qualified staff with:
First Aid and CPR certification
Blue Card clearance for working with children
Experience in child supervision to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
5. What are the event times?
Kids Movie Night runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
7. What is the drop-off and pick-up process?
All children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian. Drop-off begins 15 minutes before the movie starts, and pick-up must be completed promptly at 8:00 PM. A valid ID may be required for pick-up to ensure child safety.
